I’m Alison Mackie, an intuitive strategist, writer, and recovering tech executive from Aotearoa New Zealand.

For years, I worked at the intersection of innovation and impact, leading tech organisations, sitting on boards, shaping national policy, and guiding some of Aotearoa’s most future-focused projects. But behind the scenes, there was always something more guiding me: intuition, lunar cycles, tarot cards tucked in desk drawers, and the quiet knowing that a deeper rhythm runs underneath it all.

Today, I bring those worlds together, offering leadership and business strategy grounded in Human Design, astrology, and psychic insight. I work with founders, creatives, and change-makers who are building the future but want to do it in a way that’s aligned, soul-led, and energetically sustainable.

My work weaves together my training as a clairvoyant, my background in governance, technology, education, and anthropology, as well as my lived experience to offer something different: a more holistic and human approach for navigating business and leadership.
